Spell for Milestones

Bits and Pieces

· Paper and pen
· Bay leaves for # of requests
· Salt
· Quartz
· Black candle with holder
· Sage or other cleansing herb
· Source of fire (lighter)
· Talismans that have bearing on the spell
· Tweezers / tongs to hold burning bay leaves
· A safe place to temporarily ditch burning items, if needed

Whatcha Gonna Do

· In the space where you will be performing the spell, light the sage and allow the smoke to sweep over the area. Cleanse all your items in the same manner. You can leave the sage burning throughout the spell, if desired.
· On the bay leaves, write down your desire/intention. This can be abundance, health, etc. etc. Be intentional with your words.
· On an alter or other cleansed area, place the written duration of time for this spell (for example, year, day, month, until house is built, etc.)
· On this paper place the white quartz. (I use a quartz wheel.)
· Encircle the paper and quartz with salt, making a circle while moving clockwise.
· Surround the circle with any talisman that you find approach. (I usually include a rock that has my zodiac sign on it and a rock with a pentagram on it.)
· Light the black candle and burn each bay leave while holding the leave other the quartz. The ash and wax should drip on the quartz and paper.
· With each bay leave, say the following: “Oh, Universe of all, I am <written intention>. Grant me this gift of a prosperous <milestone>.”
· When the bay leaves have fully burned, leave the candle burning until it is gone.
· Leave the spell intact for 24 hours, at which time, gather the spell remains and bury in an area near where the spell is targeted if possible.
